About Us
Vacier is an international jewelry brand focusing on direct-to-consumer (D2C) jewelry, primarily aimed at men. We sell our minimalist, functional, and stylish jewelry worldwide, shipping from our logistics partners in Europe, the USA, and Australia. We recently launched our first official women's collection and will continue exploring new opportunities for further expansion with exciting collaborations and sales in 2025.
Your Role
As our Art Director and Team Leader for our Design Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and refining Vacier’s visual identity. You’ll work closely with our CEO to elevate our branding efforts and ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from branding elements to digital experiences. Your expertise will ensure our design projects align with business goals, meet high-quality standards, and drive brand consistency across all platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Provide creative feedback and suggestions for improvements to enhance typography and visual identity development.
- Innovate within the existing framework of the brand, reimagining what’s possible while staying true to its core identity.
- Together with our CEO and Creative director, work on creating innovative graphic elements.
- Oversee the creation of visual assets and ensure brand consistency quality, ensuring seamless integration with the brand's style.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to elevate the team’s work continually.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- 3 years minimum of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design and/or Video Editing.
- Proven hands-on senior experience with graphic design and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and digital content creation.
- Ability to align visual elements with strategic branding goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
