The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the coordination of projects across multiple departments.
This role is focused on keeping projects moving forward, ensuring deadlines are met, and helping teams stay aligned. You'll work closely with leadership and team members across product development, marketing, creative, operations, and other business functions.
You don't need years of project management experience. What matters most is that you're organized, dependable, communicate clearly, and enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving environments.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a more senior operational or leadership position over time.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
โข Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met
โข Follow up with team members and stakeholders on outstanding tasks
โข Help prioritize projects and maintain visibility across teams
โข Identify blockers and escalate issues when needed
โข Ensure projects continue moving forward and do not lose momentum

Communication & Alignment
โข Coordinate communication across different teams and departments
โข Organize meetings and document key decisions and action items
โข Maintain clear project updates and status reports
โข Help ensure accountability across project stakeholders

Process & Organization
โข Maintain project timelines, documentation, and tracking systems
โข Support the development of efficient workflows and processes
โข Identify opportunities to improve organization and project visibility
โข Help create systems that allow teams to work more effectively
