Vacier is an international jewelry brand focusing on direct-to-consumer (D2C) jewelry, primarily aimed at men. We sell our minimalist, functional, and stylish jewelry worldwide, shipping from our logistics partners in Europe, the USA, and Australia. We recently launched our first official women's collection and will continue exploring new opportunities for further expansion with exciting collaborations and sales in 2025.
About The Role
Weโre hiring a Head of Video & Photo Production to take Vacierโs visual storytelling from concept to final asset. Youโll partner with the Creative Director, stylists, and retouchers to deliver high-impact photo and short-form video that stay true to our clean, Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic and boost performance across paid and organic channels.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Own the visual language for all motion and still assetsโset grading, tone, pacing, and composition standards.
- Lead end-to-end shoots (studio and on-location): budgets, crew, lighting, camera rigs, set design, audio capture.
- Direct post-production: color grading, sound design, edit workflows, and QC for consistency across placements.
- Optimize for platforms: adapt ratios, hooks, and runtimes for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and site.
It's beneficial if you have some or all of the following:
- 3+ years in producing high-end video and photo content (fashion, jewelry, or luxury DTC a plus).
- Mastery of Premiere Pro / Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop.
- Sharp eye for color, sound, and detailโbefore/after portfolio required.
- Clear, concise communicator who can provide constructive creative feedback on set and in post.
- Solutions-oriented mindset: able to troubleshoot technical or logistical issues quickly.
