Returns and Refund Policy
Returns
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it (providing there isn't an promotional period currently active). Provided that the jewelry is in the same condition as you received it. You must return your item with its original packaging. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. The request for a refund or exchange will be processed once the warehouse confirms receipt and handling of the returned item.
Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty, we will assist you with free replacement and no need for a return. Go to our Warranty Claim to follow the instructions. Once we receive your form, we will assist you with a free replacement.
How To Return An Item

You will receive an email containing detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) based on your location.

If you proceed with a return, you will be offered two shipping options:
Vacier return label:- A prepaid label will be generated and sent to the email address used to submit your return request.
- Returns sent via Vacier label are fully tracked end-to-end. You will receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor your return at every step.
- The €7 label cost will be deducted from your refund.
- You have 10 days to use the label from the date it is issued. If the label is not used within this period, it will be cancelled. Should you still wish to return the item, you will need to use your own label and will be eligible for store credit only.
- *Please note that Vacier return labels are not yet available in all non-EU countries. If your location is not currently supported, you will be required to arrange your own return shipping, in which case the own label option below applies.
Your own label: - You may ship the item using a carrier of your choice at your own cost.
- You must provide us with your tracking number and carrier details, as we are unable to guarantee a refund without confirmed shipment visibility.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service. If the parcel is not delivered to our warehouse due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be required to resend the items at your own cost before we can process your refund or exchange.

If you proceed with a return, you will be offered two shipping options:
- Securely package the relevant item(s) and send them to us as per the provided instructions.
- Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 business days. The refund will exclude any delivery costs incurred.
Exchanges
Exchanging your purchase for another item is free of charge. Please go to our Exchange Page to request an exchange.
If you are exchanging your item for a product of greater value, you will be required to pay additional fees to cover the cost of the new item. If you want a product at a lower value, we will refund the difference.
