 Where is my order/shipping confirmation?

In case you are unable to locate your order confirmation, kindly check your spam folder. Generally, the confirmation email is sent within 10 minutes of placing the order. If you have already received the order confirmation but not the shipping confirmation, there's a high probability that the order has not been shipped yet, It may also have been shipped during the day but the tracking and shipping confirmation will be sent to you later in the afternoon.

Where can I track my order?

We offer order tracking for all our packages. If you have opted for DHL Express shipping, you can track your order here. In case you have chosen Tracked Letter, you can track your parcel using Deutsche Post's website or a universal tracking site like parcelsapp.com

Depending on your location, you may also be able to track your parcel directly through your local postal carrier's website, directly once it has left our warehouse or later when it cleared customs in your country. The reason we provide this type of tracking is that we send our packages to Deutsche Post in Frankfurt, Germany, who then forward them to your country where they are handed over to your local postal carrier for final delivery. This is why different postal carriers, such as La Poste for France, PostNL for the Netherlands, and Correos for Spain, are responsible for delivering your package in their respective countries. By providing tracking information from different carriers, we aim to ensure that our customers can keep track of their packages every step of the way until they are delivered.   

Where is my order? Is it shipped yet? 

We usually fulfill and ship your order within 1-2 business days if the full order is in stock. Following dispatch of the package, tracking information is communicated to all customers via email or SMS, based on the contact details provided during the order placement process. If you have not received the relevant email or SMS, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Why is my order delayed?

DHL Express

If you placed your order with DHL Express, your parcel should not be delayed. However, if you are having any kind of issues with your delivery, we advise you to contact DHL directly for quick support. 

Tracked Letter

95% of our packages arrives on time. However, our Tracked Letter shipping service is handled by Deutsche Post and then passed on to your local post for delivery. Unfortunately, there may be some issues with the local post that are out of our control, but don't worry, we're here to help if any problems arise during shipping.

My Delivery attempt failed, what can I do?

In case of a failed delivery attempt, the package may sometimes be redirected to the nearest service point. We kindly request that you contact your local postal carrier to determine the location for pick-up. Additionally, we recommend searching for your package using your local post carrier's website or a universal tracking site to obtain any further information that may not be available via the tracking link provided by us.

When do you restock sold out items and what is pre-order?

Usually we restock sold-out items within 1 month. If you are curious about a specific item, please contact us.

How to Adjust and put on/off my Cuff or Ring?

To adjust the size of the ring or cuff, simply open it up and bend it until you achieve the desired size. If you want a regular size, we suggest opening the cuff/ring and bending it to fit your finger when you wear it. If you want a smaller size, we advise bending it when you are not wearing it for more pressure.  Our metal is highly durable, so there is no need to be concerned about the ring or cuff breaking. 

For making the ring extra small and causing the ends to overlap a lot, you may try using a piece of cloth during the bending process. Please find our guide on how to make your ring smaller here.

What payment options are you offering and is it safe? 

We offer safe payments through Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, iDeal, Klarna and American Express (debit and credit). At Vacier, we never directly handle payment information. Instead, all transactions are conducted safely and decrypted through trusted partner banks and payment processors.
