Vacier is an international jewelry brand focusing on D2C jewelry aimed mostly at men. Last month we delivered orders to customers in 90 countries worldwide. We are shipping from our warehouse partners in the EU, US, Australia and Soon Canada.
About the role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Vacier. In this role, you will play a important role in our company's expansion strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement comprehensive wholesale strategies to drive sales growth.
- Identify and establish relationships with key wholesale accounts, both domestically and internationally.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with wholesale partners to ensure profitability and mutual success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between wholesale activities and overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
- As the company expand, help us hire, grow and manage a wholesale team.
It's beneficial if you have some or all of the following skill sets:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in wholesale management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with wholesale partners and attend industry events.
