Color Specialist
About Us
Vacier is a design-driven jewelry brand built on minimalism, material integrity, and precision. We operate at the intersection of luxury aesthetics and global e-commerce scale. Our visual identity is not a detail - it is the product. Every piece of content we publish is a direct expression of the brand, and we hold it to the highest standard.
Your Role
We are looking for a Color Specialist to shape and maintain Vacier's visual atmosphere through color, light, and motion.
This is not a traditional retouching role. We are looking for someone who understands that color influences perception and that visual tone can fundamentally change how a brand feels. You should be able to recognize the difference between a frame that is technically correct and one that feels visually right.
You will help build a recognizable visual language across campaigns, films, product visuals, and future storytelling initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Color Language & Visual Direction- Develop and refine Vacier’s visual identity through color, mood, and atmosphere.
- Define standards around tone, warmth, contrast, texture, grain, and emotional direction.
- Lead grading workflows across DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Photoshop, and similar tools.
- Create scalable grading systems and reusable visual frameworks.
- Ensure consistency in grading, color behavior, and visual atmosphere across campaigns, creators, and content outputs.
- Provide precise, brand-directed feedback regarding lighting, mood, composition, movement, and overall visual quality.
- Contribute to creative discussions and support the development of visual concepts.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling and visual rhythm, with experience in filmmaking, commercial, fashion, or cinematic content environments.
- Strong knowledge of creating emotional visuals through light, mood, and atmosphere that feel intentional rather than over-processed.
- Advanced experience with DaVinci Resolve and Adobe tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong understanding of texture, movement, and visual pacing.
- Strong visual taste and understanding of premium aesthetics and modern visual culture.
- Experience working with luxury, jewelry, or product-focused brands.
- Understanding of how materials, texture, and movement influence visual perception.
- Experience contributing to visual systems, guidelines, or scalable creative workflows.
What We Offer
- Flexible working environment.
- Creative ownership and autonomy.
- Opportunity to contribute to the visual identity of a growing international brand.
- Collaborative and design-driven team culture.
- Space to build systems and evolve long-term creative standards.
Why should you apply?
We are not searching for someone to simply adjust colors.
We are looking for someone who understands how emotion lives inside visuals and wants to help build a visual language people recognize before they even see the logo.
This is an opportunity to shape not only how a brand looks, but how it feels.
