About Us
Vacier is an international jewelry brand focusing on direct-to-consumer (D2C) jewelry, primarily aimed at men. We sell our minimalist, functional, and stylish jewelry worldwide, shipping from our logistics partners in Europe, the USA, and Australia. Last month, we delivered orders to customers in 90 different countries. In 2024, we will launch our first official women's collection and explore new opportunities for further expansion with exciting collaborations and sales in new countries.About The Role
Vacier is searching for a Creative Director to continue developing the creative strategy and vision for Vacier. This role is a blend of ideation, execution, creative strategy, and hands-on production. The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented person, with a focus on creative work, who will deliver storytelling content that will resonate with our target audience
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop brand, event, digital, web, print and design strategies for portfolio and brand markets.
- Manage deadlines and execution of projects.
- Comprehensive presentation of work to Marketing.
- Adjust design execution strategy to meet evolving marketing requirements and maintain awareness of competitors and market trends.
- A strong aesthetic / writing sense with proven conceptual and brainstorming skills.
- Proficient in gathering learnings and insights from platforms, consumer feedback and culture to make concise, relevant recommendations.
- A strong understanding of UI/UX and strong capability with the big social media platforms and their abilities/limitations.
- Knowledge of business strategy, competitor markets and productions, technologies, and market growth and innovation.
- Energize projects by stimulating innovative, risk-taking ideas and teamwork.
It's beneficial if you have some or all of the following:
- Expertise with all necessary design software, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other editing software.
- Expertise in crafting brand design and communication elements.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
