About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Vacier. As a Business Development Manager at Vacier, you will play a pivotal role in our company's expansion strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new international market opportunities. Develop strategies for market entry and expansion.

Partnership Building: Build strategic partnerships with key industry players, suppliers, and distributors to enhance our offerings.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.

Regulatory Research: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and rules. Conduct thorough research to ensure compliance and minimize regulatory risks.
It's beneficial if you have some or all of the following skill sets:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in business development and sales.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the jewelry industry is a plus.
